Terms Of Services

-Send me a message on dm (twitter/insta/discord/whatsapp
for whoever have my personal number)-fill up the google form, send your reference there too. we can discuss the rest later when i’m about to draw your order.-you can do the full payments after you approved the sketch. if customer haven’t do the payment, then artist reserve the right to not continue the order.-revision are free and unlimited for major sketch and minor colouring progress. there will be additional fee for changing the pose/major coloring in lineart/finishing progress.-no deadline, but artist will trying to finish it for max 35 days after payment due to artist’s irl schedule. If artist can’t continue the order due to heavy schedule, customer will have full refunds.

Terms of Use

Customer are allowed to :
-Receive google drive link containing jpg with bg, jpg without bg, png with bg, png without bg of the finished artworks (all signatured)
-share my artworks to any platforms of social media with credit to me (tags or link to my profile) or no credit
-make the artworks into merch for personal use only
-use my artworks for pfp, wallpaper, or any personal use. (Freebies count as commercial purpose)Customer are prohibited to :
-intentionally claiming my artworks as customer’s artworks or erased my signature (removing my signature will get additional fee)
-use my artworks for sensitive/problematics contents or drag it into drama
-tracing or modify my artworks
-fed my artworks to aiArtist is allowed to :
-share the artworks with commission watermarks
-use the artworks for portofolio and promotion purposeRULES OF COMMERCIAL USE
-Allowed for gaining popularity purposes such as MVs, VTuber, merchandise for sale, web design, freebies, etc. (please ask first so artist can decide it will be commercial or personal)
-Mandatory to credit @pyonniebun / @aesopyon
-Prohibited to use my artwork outside the agreement or use it for problematic and sensitive content.
-Prohibited to modify or fed it to A.I.
